Work with a Full Service Agent
Just as I mentioned last week about entrusting they selling of you home to a Realtor ®, I also strongly encourage you to do so with a full service agent.
Full service agents are full time professionals running their own businesses. They are prepared to invest time, energy and resources into selling your home. They typically spend between 5 & 10 % of their commission on advertising, marketing and staging They put in countless hours doing research, starting before they get the listing and constantly while your home is on the market, they call for feedback, open title, research CC&Rs and dialog with other agents.
Ask your agent about their budgets for advertising and marketing your home and then hold them accountable. Using a full service agent greatly improves your chances for success.
