• Third, I certainly know what it's like to be on other side of the coin. Call a gal up and she'll decline my invitation. Why? 1000 reasons, half to do with me and another half not.

- Lame, I loose your number.
- Lamer, I forget to call.
- Lamest, I loose interest, not in the same emotional state.
- I do get busy.
- I subsequently learn something unfavorable about you.
- Funnel Model, active weekend, 25 numbers, take the top dozen, get 5-6 call backs, go out with 3, to end up with one special person whom I connect with.
- Trade up. Somebody else comes along with whom I have a tighter connection with that I want to pursue.
- Warming Up, practice on low tension targets and game my game together before moving onto the real targets.
- Rarely, to provide a point with my buddies, help build each other up and support each other.
- For other guys, provides an emotional lift.
- Some guys get scared again.

Question: "What can a lady do if a guy asks for her number, and she really does want him to follow-up?"
- Provide your preferred form of contact (email, cell phone) and let him know, "The best way to reach me..."
- Write it down, carry business cards or contact info cards.
- Don't give, trade.
- Let him know the best time to call
- With his contact info, contact him if he doesn't reach you.
- Commit him to it right there
- Ultimately, don't care.
