Drive into the lot and park in the first empty space you find. Put your purse strap across your body and take off across the lot at a brisk pace. If you’re going to live long and be healthy and glad you’re still alive you’ve got to make 10,000 steps a day your most basic habit. If you love to shop, write yourself a contract. You have to circle the entire length of the mall before you go into any store. Once you have your new purchases walk briskly back to your car and do a few arm flexes with the packages along the way.
