To stay young looking and healthy all your life you need to “Eat Right and Exercise Regularly !” Don’t depend on one and not the other. The amount of food that you eat in must be balanced with the amount of physical activity you do. This will enable you to burn off the food’s calories and not have extra calories that will get stored as fat. What kinds of foods you eat really does matter too. Eat more! I mean Eat More Vegetables, adults need 5 servings a day. And I also mean Eat More fruits – go for 5 more of these every day too. Drink more – Water that is.. You need one cup of water for every hours you are at work – most people need the full 8 cups of water. Then, plan to be active every day and add a little formal exercise to firm and stretch your body.
