We always resolve to lose weight, eat better, stop eating chocolate (well maybe not that one) but this year why not do something different?
When we make resolutions we tend to do it only in January and then we forget about it by February. Instead, try to make monthly promises/resolutions to yourself that you can keep over the course of the month. Do a different thing each month so you can keep your promise/resolution to yourself easier.
When we can do something daily for 21 days we have an easier time of making a habit of it.
Start small. Maybe by only changing one part of your diet not your whole diet. The next month add on to what you were doing from the previous month. By doing a little each month you can easier change your lifestyle and by the end of the year you have done a lot!
Have a safe and Happy New Year!!
