Skin Tightening & Microcurrant

What are lasers and how do they work?
It’s hard to believe that one process can have such remarkable results, but this dermally deep marvel gets skin snapping back in short order with collagen contraction. Skin Tightening (also known as Titan) is:

• A safe, non-surgical process stimulates collagen contraction and growth in order to tone, lift and tighten your skin. It effectively treats all areas of the body including face, neck, abdomen, knees, and upper arms.

Here’s how it works:

• Heat is delivered deep into the dermal layer of the skin where the collagen resides, which can cause immediate collagen contraction and tightening.
• During the procedure, the skin’s surface is protected through continuous cooling.
• New collagen growth follows the procedure, further tightening and creating a more youthful complexion with fewer lines, folds, and loose skin.

Skin Tightening requires multiple treatments to obtain the desired results, in a 3 to 4 week interval. Some of our clients notice some immediate visible results while others note a more gradual change (3 to 6 months) as the new collagen is formed and the skin tightens. However most clients find that the best results occur when alternated with our Microcurrent treatment.

How does the microcurrent help with the Skin Tightening?

• Microcurrent can be thought of as the “pilates” for your face. It’s a treatment that’s gaining more noteriaty as it was recently featured on Oprah and in the New York Times.
• Microcurrent stretches,tightens and lifts using low, micro-current electrical pulses that stimulates and retrains facial muscles while activating collagen production in the skin. You will have younger looking, toned, smoother skin texture with added vibrancy.

• Our clients find best results with a series of six to 12 treatments once or twice a week in combination with our Titan therapy.

Downtime:
With both treatments there is little to no downtime. A mild pinking of the skin is typical post-visit and you might have mild swelling that lasts a day, but that is less common. With both treatments you can resume your normal activities when you walk out the door.
