ANXIETY REMEDIES
Are you having a lot of anxiety? It's a very common problem and can lead to heart palpitations, chest tightness and shortness of breath. These signs are similar to someone having heart problems and often times it's only from anxiety.
There are many different reasons for anxiety. The most commons cause is stress from some major life event going on in your life, worry, sleep problems, blood sugar problems, thyroid problems and adrenal problems to name a few.
There are some good herbs to try if you are having anxiety. One is Theanine. Theanine is actually an amino acid and is sometimes referred to as L-theanine. Theanine increases GABA in the brain which is a very calming neurotransmitter. Most of the anti-anxiety drugs on the market increase GABA to calm the anxiety. Theanine does this too and is from a natural source.
You can also take GABA by itself. Kava Kava is an herb that has long been used to calm anxiety. You can find either of these at a supplement shop.
Chamomile tea or SleepyTime tea is also helpful. So is Deep breathing and exercise.
