Keeping her finger on the pulse of the city Jamie Peha is the Director of Promotions and Sales Development for the city’s number one selling lifestyle publication; Seattle magazine. 

Jamie is the high energy voice you hear every Tuesday morning on Chat with Women during Seattle magazine’s Taste of the City segment, bringing the pages of the magazine to life each week.  Her engaging personality, ability to think creatively and “make it happen” philosophy fuel her success with collaborative business alliances.

As the former marketing director for the Washington Wine Commission and as a leader in the field of professional hospitality management, Jamie has had the opportunity to wine and dine around the world

A 1978 graduate from Washington State University’s Hospitality Business Management School, Ms. Peha was honored in 2007 for her exemplary achievements in hospitality and contributions to Washington State University. 

Jamie is a member of the Seattle Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International; a worldwide organization of professional women of high achievement in the multifaceted field of food, fine beverage, and hospitality. She is a board member of the Washington Wine Industry Foundation and the Chairman’s Board for the Auction of Washington Wines.

Known for her promotional prowess Jamie is the owner of Peha Promotions, a creative marketing and event solutions company with specialty in the wine and culinary arena.  She knows how to create winning events and make reservations!
